综合医院实习护生思政教育现状调查及对策研究

摘要 目的:为推进护生思政教育改革工作,充分掌握综合医院护生思政教育现状,发现思政建设存在问题并提出对策,为思政教育有效融入护生临床实习提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2021年9月~2021年10月选取青岛市某三级甲等综合医院794名临床实习护生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括:实习护生的一般资料、思政教育现状问卷、医学生职业精神量表。结果:共回收778份有效问卷。20.18%对思政教育概念和意义完全了解,86.40%护生对于在医院实习期间进行思政教育持支持态度。护生职业精神得分为(137.19 ±13.17),尊重他人得分最高,追求卓越并不断进步得分最低,对护生职业精神得分进行单因素分析显示,学历、政治面貌、选择护理专业原因、对思政概念和意义的了解程度以及对学校思政教育的满意程度方面差异均具有统计学意义(P Objective: To promote the reform of ideological and political education of nursing students, fully grasp the current situation of ideological and political education of nursing students in general hospitals, find the problems in ideological and political construction and put forward countermeasures, and provide reference for the effective integration of ideological and political education into clinical practice of nursing students. Methods: Using convenience sampling method, 794 clinical nursing students were selected from a general hospital in Qingdao city from September 2021 to October 2021 to conduct a questionnaire survey. The survey contents included: general information of nursing students, ideological and political education status questionnaire, professional spirit scale of medical students. Results: A total of 778 valid questionnaires were collected. 20.18% fully understand the concept and significance of ideological and political education. 86.4% of nursing students support ideological and political education during hospital practice. The professional spirit score of nursing students was (137.19 ±13.17), the highest score was respect for others, and the lowest score was pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. The single factor analysis of the professional spirit score of nursing students showed that there were statistically significant differences in education backgrounds, political status, reasons for choosing nursing major, understanding of ideological and political concept and significance, and satisfaction degree of ideological and political education in school (P
