摘要 国家大计、教育为本。教育大计、教师为本。加强对师范生培养问题的研究,深化师范生培养模式变革,是建成高质量教师队伍的内在要求。通过分析美国卓越小学教师培养项目,发现其人才培养的跨学科以及实践性特征,明晰其卓越教师培养路径,进而提出我国小学教师培养模式的相应革新策略。 National planning, education based. Education plan, teacher based. Strengthening the research on the training of normal university students and deepening the reform of the training mode of normal university students are the internal requirements of building a high quality teacher team. Through the study of American excellent primary school teacher training projects, the interdisciplinary and practical characteristics of talent training are found, the excellent teacher training path is clear, and then the corresponding innovation strategy of our primary school teacher training model is put forward.
