师范生教学技能竞赛中的教学设计文本是评委和指导教师教学设计知识的外化,评委所青睐的文本“样子”不代表正确的“样子”,竞赛主办方应加强对指导教师和评委的培训,使他们在尊重学科与专业差异中形成共识性教学设计知识。本研究以某高校年度教学竞赛的教学设计文本为分析对象,共7位评委的评分者系数在0.8以上,对他们评分文本的分析显示,评委高赋值的文本大致存在以下问题:违反教学目标的AB格式,混淆情感目标与认知目标,缺乏感知教材和巩固知识环节,设计意图指向教师的教学意图而非教学目标的实现。
In the teaching skill competition, the teaching design text of normal university students is the externalization of the teaching design knowledge of the judges and tutors, and the “appearance” of the text favored by the judges does not represent the correct “appearance”. The organizer of the competition should strengthen the training of the judges and tutors, so that they can form a consensus of teaching design knowledge while respecting the differences between disciplines and majors. This study sampled teaching design texts as analysis objective in an annually-held teaching competition of a university, and found that there are seven judges whose rating coefficients of consistency are over 0.8. This study analyzed the content of the teaching design texts rated by the seven judges, showing that the text highly valued by the seven judges generally has the following problems: the competitors violated the AB format of teaching objective expression, confused the emotional objec-tive with the cognitive objective, lacked two teaching steps which are teaching material perception and knowledge consolidation, and regarded the design intention as teachers’ teaching intention instead of the realization of the teaching objective.
