摘要 在当前我国基础教育课程改革的大背景下,教师的反思性发展成为了一个时令主题。我们不但应该关注教育教学实践在教师自主成长中的独特位置和意义,也要求其对教学课程的改革与探索做出深刻反思。因为教师们只有自觉地通过反思的结果纠正自身教育中的不良行为,才能进一步提升自身专业化能力,更有效地推动教育教学的有效开展。 In the current context of China’s basic education curriculum reform, teachers’ reflective development has become a seasonal theme. We should not only pay attention to the unique position and significance of educational teaching practice in teachers’ independent growth, but also require them to make profound reflections on the reform and exploration of teaching curriculum. Only through the results of their reflective practice can teachers consciously correct their own educational malpractices in order to further enhance their professional competence and more effectively promote the effective implementation of education and teaching.
