摘要
“双减”政策下,小学课后服务延长了小学生在校时间,其现实意义是在减负的同时去发展学生的兴趣与特长,具体体现在提高学生学业成绩、培养学生兴趣特长、减轻家长的经济负担和彰显真正的教育价值。为使“双减”政策下的小学课后服务更好开展,本文从学生、家长、教师和学校多方面提出开展小学课后服务的策略,旨在提高课后服务水平,助推义务教育的高质量发展。
Under the “double reduction” policy, after-school services extend the school time of primary school students. Its practical significance is to develop students’ interests and talents while reducing the burden, which is specifically reflected in improving students’ academic performance, cultivating students’ interests and talents, reducing parents’ economic burden and highlighting the real educational value. In order to better develop the after-school services of primary schools under the “double reduction” policy, this project puts forward the strategy of developing after-school services of primary schools from various aspects of students, parents, teachers and schools, aiming to improve the level of after-school services and promote the high-quality development of compulsory education.
