封控期间高职院校女大学生心理健康教育问题研究

摘要 本研究基于封控期间高职院校女大学生心理健康教育的基本内涵,分析了在特殊形式下可能存在的问题:缺少针对性的专题心理健康教育课程,心理咨询工作不够灵活应变,心理健康教师队伍较为薄弱;探讨了女大学生心理健康教育问题的成因:交际困难造成心理压力,对网络产生过于强烈的依赖性,角色转换与适应障碍,学习与生活的压力;并提出了针对封控期间高职院校女大学生心理健康教育工作水平提升的主要对策:提高对封控期间学生心理问题异常的重视程度,在心理健康教育工作方式方法上开拓创新,不断壮大、强化师资队伍建设,以期更好的为学生、学校服务。 Based on the basic connotation of mental health education for female college students in higher vocational colleges during the period of closure and control, this study analyzed the possible problems under the special form: the lack of targeted thematic mental health education courses, the inflexibility of psychological counseling, and the weakness of mental health teachers;this paper discusses the causes of female college students’ mental health education problems: psychological pressure caused by communication difficulties, too strong dependence on the Internet, role transformation and adaptation barriers, the pressure of study and life;and puts forward the main countermeasures to improve the mental health education level of female college students in higher vocational colleges during the closure period: increase the importance of students’ psychological problems during the closure period, innovate in the working methods of mental health education, constantly expand and strengthen the construction of teachers, in order to better serve students and schools.
