摘要
国家高度重视师范类专业的人才培养创新,提出了双导师制实践探索。教师教育课程是师范类专业的核心课程,理应促进师范生完成理论到实践的转化,及职前到职后的过渡。然而基于双导师制来审视当前教师教育课程教学,确实在教师配备、课程内容组织和教学实施等方面存在问题。本文构建了基于双导师制的“二元三段三化”课程教学模式,凸显教师教育课程特色和人才培养目标,以此来提升学生的综合素养,提高课程教学效果。
Our country attaches great importance to the training of teachers’ professional talents, and puts forward the practice and exploration of the double tutorial system. Teacher education course is the core course of normal university major, which should promote normal university students to complete the transformation from theory to practice, and the transition before the work. However, to examine the current teacher education curriculum teaching based on the double tutorial system, there are indeed problems in teacher allocation, curriculum content organization and teaching implementation. This paper constructs the course teaching mode of “duality, three-stages and three transformations” based on the double tutorial system, highlighting the course characteristics of teacher education course and talent training objectives, so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality and improve the course teaching effect.
