摘要 优秀年轻干部的培养选拔,对于党的事业后继有人、国家长治久安有着非常重要的战略意义。高校,作为高等教育人才培养的基地,如何建立健全机制,发现、培养、储备、任用优秀年轻干部,为他们搭建干事创业的平台,对学校事业发展具有重大的现实意义。本文通过研究高校青年干部培养问题现状、分析青年干部群体成长困境基础上,坚持目标导向,构建了青年干部培养的四项机制,即发现选拔机制、动态培养机制、激励任用机制、干部反馈机制,提出了一系列改进工作的路径和策略建议。 The cultivation and selection of outstanding young cadres is of great strategic significance to the succession of the Party’s cause and the long-term stability of the country. For colleges and universities, as the base of higher education personnel training, how to establish a sound mechanism, discover, cultivate, reserve and appoint outstanding young cadres, and build a platform for them to work and start their own businesses, is of great practical significance to the development of the school cause. Based on the study of the current situation of the training of young cadres in colleges and universities and the analysis of the growth dilemma of the group of young cadres, this paper insists on the goal orientation and constructs the four mechanisms of the training of young cadres, namely, the discovery selection mechanism, the dynamic training mechanism, the incentive and appointment mechanism, and the cadre feedback mechanism, and puts forward a series of ways and strategies to improve the work.
