应用型本科高校以体现社会发展要求和产业人才需求的教育观为导向,旨在培养具有较强社会适应力与竞争力的高素质应用型人才。学生干部是大学生中的先进分子,具有学生和干部的双重身份,在日常教育管理中起到了重要作用,其素质能力水平高低也关乎大学生思想政治教育成效与人才培养质量。以青马工程培训班为抓手,不断探索学生干部的培养路径,建立更加科学完善的培养模式,对应用型本科高校建设与人才培养而言尤为重要。

Application-oriented undergraduate universities are oriented by the educational concept that reflects the requirements of social development and industrial talents, aiming at cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness. Student cadres are advanced elements in college students, with the dual identity of students and cadres, play an important role in daily education management, their quality and ability level is also related to the effect of ideological and political education of college students and the quality of talent training. Taking Qingma Engineering Training Class as the starting point, constantly exploring the cultivation path of student cadres and establishing a more scientific and perfect training mode are particularly important for the construction and personnel training of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
