结合美术教育进行班级管理的研究

摘要 班级是一个大集体,而当每一个性格不同、家庭教育不同、学习习惯不同、对事物的表达能力不同的学生进入同一个大集体时,必然会出现针对某个问题产生争议矛盾的现象,因此,进行班级管理工作是一项复杂且系统性的工作,各科教师都是这项具体工作的领导者、组织者和实施者。在2022年新艺术课程标准中提到,艺术课程坚持以立德树人作为根本任务,美术教育在新时代人才的培养上有着得天独厚的优势,在教育教学中,可以充分发挥学科特有优势,在日常班级管理中有效渗透,提高学生的综合素质,培养有本领、有担当的时代新人。笔者作为美术师范生、人民教师预备队伍中的一员,对美术教育与班级管理的联系展开思考,研究如何运用美术专业知识打开了通往学生心灵之门的钥匙。 The class is a large collective, and when each character is different, different family education, dif-ferent learning habits, different ability to express things to the students into the same large collective, there will inevitably be a dispute for a problem, therefore, class management work is a complex and systematic work, teachers of each subject are the leaders, organizers and implementers of this specific work. In 2022, it is mentioned in the new art curriculum standards that the art curriculum adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents. Fine art education has unique advantages in the cultivation of talents in the new era. In education and teaching, it can give full play to the unique advantages of the discipline, effectively infiltrate into the daily class management, improve the comprehensive quality of students, and cultivate new talents with ability and responsibility. As a member of the preparation team of normal art students and people’s teachers, the author thinks about the connection between art education and class management, and studies how to use art professional knowledge to open the key to students’ hearts.
