新形势下加强青少年思想引导的路径和载体研究

Research on the Path and Carrier of Enhancing Youth’s Ideological Guidance under the New Situation

青少年是祖国的未来和民族的希望,青少年时期是关乎品格形成和人生发展的重要时期,青少年的思想动向,事关党和国家前途命运。在新形势下、在中国式现代化的背景下,掌握青少年思想状况,加强青少年的思想引导,对青少年树立正确价值观具有重要意义。从系统动力学理论的角度出发,对家庭教育、学校教育、社会环境教育等方面与青少年思想引导要素之间的关系进行详细研究,根据研究结果从政府层面、社会层面、学校层面、家庭层面等提出山东省加强青少年思想引导的路径和载体的优化建议,进一步强化青少年的思想引导认同,完善思想引导机制,创新思想引导形式,增强思想引导成效。

The youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. The youth period is an important period of character formation and life development. The ideological trend of the youth is related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. Under the new situation and the background of Chinese-style modernization, it is of great significance to grasp the ideological status of young people and strengthen their ideological guidance for them to establish correct values. From the perspective of system dynamics theory, this paper studies in detail the relationship between family education, school education, social environment education and the elements of teenagers’ ideological guidance. According to the research results, from the government level, the social level, the school level, the family level and other aspects of Shandong Province to strengthen the path and carrier of adolescent ideological guidance optimization suggestions. Further strengthen the young people’s ideological guidance and identification, improve the mechanism of ideological guidance, innovate the form of ideological guidance, enhance the effect of ideological guidance.
