高校学生品德内化离不开思政教师在教育中对其价值观的指导,落实立德树人的根本任务更是与学校教育方针有着紧密的联系。在高校中,推动高校党建与思政工作深度融合研究不仅具有可行性和必要性,更是因其拥有可以具体实践的方法,“以讲带学”、“以事带人”改善了传统的教学模式,进一步推动学生主动学习党政知识,有利于丰富学生相关的知识储备、完善其对党政的全面认识。而在此基础上,各高校应及时巩固成果,引领党建与思政工作融合的宣传工作,促进良性循环发展。培养更多意志坚定、能担大任的社会主义建设者和接班人,使其成为不负韶华、不负时代的新青年。

The internalization of college students’ moral character is inseparable from the guidance of ideo-logical and political teachers on their values in education, and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation is closely related to the school education policy.
