摘要
微创业是改变高职学生就业难现状的有效途径,微创业意愿对于学生微创业行为具有重要作用。本研究基于487名浙江省高职院校学生的调查问卷数据,利用Logistic回归模型对高职学生微创业意愿进行实证分析,结果表明个人特质、家庭环境、学校环境、社会环境均对学生微创业意愿存在正向影响。同时提出激发学生微创业意愿应从个人、家庭、学校、社会等多方努力,以便营造更加积极创业氛围,促进更多高职院校学生将创业意愿变为创业行动。
Micro-entrepreneurship is an effective way to change the current situation of employment difficulties of higher vocational students, and Micro-entrepreneurial willingness plays an important role in students’ micro-entrepreneurial behavior. Based on the questionnaire data of 487 students from higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province, this study uses logistic regression model to em-pirically analyze the Micro-entrepreneurial willingness of higher education students. It is also suggested that efforts should be made to stimulate students’ Micro-entrepreneurial willingness from individuals, families, schools and societies in order to create a more positive entrepreneurial atmosphere and promote more students in higher education institutions to turn their entrepreneurial intentions into entrepreneurial actions.
