乡村幼儿园和小学衔接存在的问题及对策分析——以A和B两所幼儿园为例

摘要 幼小衔接现在已经成为了教育界尤为关注的问题。通过访谈法调查研究发现乡村幼儿园幼小衔接存在以下问题:乡村幼儿园与小学互不联系、乡村幼儿园教育理念落后、乡村幼小之间过渡期比较短、乡村幼儿教师知识素养较低。针对存在的问题提出以下策略:建立乡村幼小正常联系机制、转变乡村幼儿园的教育观念、设置合适的幼小衔接过渡期、提高乡村幼儿教师知识素养。 Connection between kindergarten and primary school has become an issue of particular concern in today’s educational circles. Through interviews, the research found that there are the following problems in the connection between rural kindergartens and primary schools: rural kindergartens and primary schools are not connected with each other, rural kindergartens have backward educational concepts, the transition period between rural kindergartens and primary schools is relatively short, and rural preschool teachers have low knowledge literacy. In view of the existing problems, the following strategies are proposed: establishing a normal contact mechanism between rural children and children, changing the educational concept of rural kindergartens, setting up a suitable transition period between children and children, and improving the knowledge literacy of rural preschool teachers.
