摘要
普通高中教师长期耕耘于教育第一线,拥有着丰富的教育教学知识和经验,是学校发展的中坚力量和最宝贵的人力资源,让普通高中教师参与学校治理已经成为一种必然趋势。然而,在具体的实践过程中,依然存在普通高中教师参与学校治理的意愿不强,参与学校治理的方式单调,参与学校治理的范围有限,参与学校治理的效果欠佳,参与学校治理的制度与保障不足等问题。因此,本文深入分析当前普通高中教师参与学校治理存在的问题,并结合相应的问题,提出优化策略,力图提高学校治理效能。
Regular senior secondary school teachers have been working in the front line of education for a long time and have rich knowledge and experience in education and teaching. They are the backbone of the school development and the most valuable human resources. It has become an inevitable trend for regular senior secondary school teachers to participate in school governance. However, in the specific practice process, there are still some problems, such as the unwillingness of regular senior secondary school teachers to participate in school governance, the monotonous way to participate in school governance, the limited scope to participate in school governance, the poor effect to participate in school governance, the insufficient system and guarantee to participate in school governance. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current regular senior secondary school teachers’ participation in school governance, and combined with the corresponding problems, puts forward optimization strategies, and tries to improve the efficiency of school governance.
