男女平等理念嵌入大学生思政课教育的价值与路径

The Value and Path of Embedding the Idea of Gender Equality into the Ideological and Political Education of College Students

男女平等是我国的一项基本国策,高校大学生思想政治理论课是弘扬先进理念的思想阵地,将男女平等理念嵌入大学生思想政治理论课,既是助推男女平等的创新路径,也是充分发挥思政课宣传阵地效能的现实体现。完成这项工作,不仅有助于培养大学生的良好道德品德、塑造其完整人格,也有助于推动教学内容的丰富与创新,更有助于营造两性和谐发展的社会环境。做好这项工作,需要坚持守正创新的方法论,一方面,需要持续深挖男女平等之深刻意涵;另一方面,需要创新课堂教学制度之设计与安排,在充分发挥思政教师队伍能动性和创造性的基础上,力求将多位一体教学模式贯穿于教学全过程。

Equality between men and women is a basic national policy in China. The ideological and political theory course of college students is an ideological position to carry forward advanced ideas. Embed-ding the concept of equality between men and women into the ideological and political theory course of college students is not only an innovative path to promote equality between men and women, but also a practical manifestation of giving full play to the effectiveness of the ideological and political propaganda position. The completion of this work will not only help to cultivate college students’ good moral character and shape their complete personality, but also help to promote the enrichment and innovation of teaching content, and also help to create a social environment for the harmonious development of both sexes. To do this work well, we need to adhere to the correct and innovative methodology. On the one hand, we need to continue to explore the profound meaning of gender equality;on the other hand, it is necessary to innovate the design and arrangement of the classroom teaching system, and strive to put the multi-in-one teaching mode through the whole teaching process on the basis of giving full play to the initiative and creativity of the ideological and political teachers.
