“双减”背景下教师专业发展困境与路径探索

摘要 “双减”政策的颁布有效缓解了学生的学业压力,减少了家长精神与经济负担。但教师作为政策一线实施者要克服更多困难。“双减”对教师的专业发展提出了更高的要求,教师为顺应时代,实现育人目标,就必须努力克服困难提高自身专业。在政策实施过程中教师自身会面临诸多困境,例如,教师情绪变化、专业信念与理想被削弱、产生职业认同危机。同时提高教师专业发展的路径有:聚焦作业设计,为学生减负增效;多法共行,提高教学能力;加强家校联系,实现家校共育。 The promulgation of the “double reduction” policy effectively alleviates the academic pressure of students and reduces the spiritual and economic burden of parents. But teachers, as the imple-mentors of the policy, have to overcome more difficulties. “Double reduction” puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of teachers. In order to adapt to the times and achieve the goal of education, teachers must strive to overcome difficulties and improve their own professional. In the process of implementing the policy, teachers themselves will face many difficulties, such as changes in teachers’ mood, weakening of professional beliefs and ideals, and crisis of professional identity At the same time, the ways to improve the professional development of teachers are as follows: focus on homework design to reduce the burden and increase the efficiency for students;multi-method practice, improve teaching ability;strengthen the home-school connection and realize home-school co-education.
