乡村振兴战略背景下高职人才培养改革路径研究

Research on the Reform Path of Training of Higher Vocational Talents under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

自党的十九大以来,随着我国乡村振兴战略的持续推进,要求高职院校也积极参与乡村建设,成为符合乡村振兴战略需求的重要人才培养基地。乡村振兴需要大量高素质技术人才的支持,作为乡村振兴战略最重要的人才培育方,高职院校应当主动承担起职责,精心培养符合乡村振兴需求的农业类优秀人才。因此,本文旨在探讨乡村振兴战略背景下高职人才培养改革的路径,以期为高职院校培养出特色鲜明、适应乡村振兴需要的高素质人才提供借鉴。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the continuous advancement of China’s rural revitalization strategy, vocational colleges and universities are required to ac-tively participate in rural construction and become an important talent training base that meets the needs of rural revitalization strategy. Rural revitalization requires the support of a large number of high-quality technical personnel, as the most important talent cultivator of rural revitalization strategy, vocational colleges and universities should take the initiative to assume responsibilities and carefully cultivate outstanding agricultural talents that meet the needs of rural revitalization. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the path of higher vocational talent training reform under the background of rural revitalization strategy, in order to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality talents with distinctive characteristics and meet the needs of rural revitalization.
