目的简述提高临床护士循证护理能力的有效措施,为护理管理者培养循证护理人才提供思路和参考。方法通过系统分析,综述提高临床护士循证护理能力的措施。结果提供了四个方面的建议,包括理解循证护理能力的概念和内涵、注重教学与培训、提升护士自身素养与能力、合理分配人力资源。结论提高临床护士循证护理能力已是迫切需要,护理管理者应从多方面思考并积极实践,尽早形成成熟统一的培养体系。

Objective: To describe the effective measures to improve the evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses, providing ideas and references for nursing managers to cultivate evidence-based nursing talents. Method: Summarize measures to improve the evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses through systematic analysis. Results: Four suggestions were provided, including under-standing the concept and connotation of evidence-based nursing ability, emphasizing teaching and training, improving nurses’ own literacy and abilities, and allocating human resources reasonably. Conclusion: Improving the evidence-based nursing ability of clinical nurses is an urgent need. Nursing managers should think from multiple perspectives and actively practice to form a mature and unified training system as soon as possible.
