“减负增效”背景下高中英语教师专业发展路径探究

Exploring the Professional Development Path of High School English Teachers under the Background of “Reducing Burden and Increasing Efficiency”

当前,我国高中教师除了需要承担必要的教学任务外还承担着非教学相关的社会任务,这严重制约着教师专业健康发展。因此本研究从“减负增效”的意义入手探讨教师专业发展的具体路径,同时提出“减负增效”促进教师专业发展过程中需要注意的问题,以期为我国高中英语教师的专业发展提供参考意见。

Currently, high school teachers in China not only need to undertake necessary teaching tasks, but also undertake non teaching related social tasks, which seriously restricts the healthy development of teachers’ profession. Therefore, this study explores the specific path of teacher professional development from the significance of “reducing burden and increasing efficiency”, and proposes issues that need to be paid attention to in the process of promoting teacher professional development through “reducing burden and increasing efficiency”, in order to provide reference opinions for the professional development of high school English teachers in China.
