新课改下高校思政专业教师教学方式优化构想

摘要 在中学思政课程改革中,思政课教师的作用举足轻重。如何更好培育未来的优秀思政课教师,是所有高校思想政治教育专业共同面临的课题,而高校思政专业教师教学方式在其中的作用至关重要。目前,高校思政专业教学中存在着实践教学环节偏少、教学模式单一等不足之处,影响了专业培养的实效性。高校思想政治教育专业培养应结合中学思政课的新特点以及新课程改革对思政专业师范生提出的新要求,在教学观念、教学方法、教学内容、考核方式等方面,落实各项优化高校思政专业授课教师教学方式的具体举措。 In the reform of secondary school ideological and political theory courses, the role of teachers of ideological and political theory courses is pivotal. How to better cultivate future outstanding teachers of ideological and political theory courses is a common issue faced by all ideological and political education majors in colleges and universities, and the role of teaching methods of college lecturers in ideological and political education is crucial in it. At present, there are deficiencies in the teaching of teachers specializing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as a small number of practical teaching links and a single teaching mode, which affect the effectiveness of professional training. The professional training of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be combined with the new characteristics of secondary school ideological and political theory courses and the new requirements put forward by the new curriculum reform for teacher-training students in ideological and political education, and implement various specific initiatives to optimize the teaching methods of teachers teaching ideological and political education in colleges and universities in terms of teaching concepts, teaching methods, teaching contents and assessment methods.
