摘要 《中小学教育惩戒规则(试行)》(下文皆称为《规则》)于2021年3月1日正式推行并实行,第一次以部门规章的形式对教育惩戒做出规定,明确了教育惩戒的定义、属性、范围和实施规则,让教育惩戒能够法治化,给予教师一定的权力的同时,引导学生培养正确的价值观。《规则》一经推出,就引起了全社会的关注和热烈讨论。该文首先对《规则》做了简单的介绍,再以夸美纽斯的教育惩戒观对《规则》进行分析,最后提出夸美纽斯教育惩戒观对于当代教育事业的启发和感想。 The “Rules of Educational Punishment for Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial Implementation)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) was officially implemented and put into effect on March 1, 2021. For the first time, it makes provisions on educational punishment in the form of departmental regulations, defines the definition, attributes, scope and implementation rules of educational punishment, and enables educational punishment to be legalized. While giving teachers certain powers, it guides students to cultivating correct values. As soon as the “Rules” was introduced, it aroused the attention and heated discussion of the whole society. This paper first makes a brief introduction to the “Rules”, and then analyzes the “Rules” based on Comenius’ view of educational punishment, and finally puts forward the inspiration and impressions of Comenius’ view of educational punishment on the contemporary educational cause.
