摘要
告状行为对于幼儿有着特殊的教育价值,教师处理方式对幼儿的安全感、自我效能感、人际交往能力的发展至关重要。本研究采用观察法、内容分析法,对中班幼儿告状案例进行编码分析,结果发现幼儿告状行为发生的活动类型具有明显差异、动机以求助和检举动机为主、教师回应影响幼儿告状频率。因此提出教师应创设适宜的活动环境、培养幼儿独立解决问题的能力、根据幼儿告状动机选择适当此策略的建议。
Complaint behavior has special educational value for young children, and teachers’ handling methods are crucial to children’s sense of security, self-efficacy, and interpersonal skills. In this study, the observation method and content analysis method were used to code and analyze the complaint cases of middle school children, and it was found that the types of activities in which children’s complaint behavior occurred were significantly different, the motivation was mainly for help and inspection mechanism, and the teacher’s response affected the frequency of children’s complaints. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers should create a suitable activity environment, cultivate children’s independent problem-solving skills, and choose appropriate strategies according to children’s motivation to complain.
