摘要
目的:基于柯氏评估模型,探讨并构建临床药师培训考核评价体系,提高临床药师培训质量。方法:以柯氏模型为指导,设计临床药师培训效果评价指标体系及权重,初步制定反应层(临床药师培训满意度问卷调查表)、学习层评估(临床药师培训自评及他人评表)、行为层评估表(包括培训前及培训后的自我及他人评估表)和结果层评估表,并构建临床药师规范化培训系统。结果:构建一套实用性、操作性较高的临床药师培训评估体系。结论:基于柯氏评估模型理念,结合当前临床药师培训工作实际情况,初步构建了临床药师规范化培训评估体系,有待进一步实践验证,以评估规范化培训后临床药师的岗位胜任能力。
Objective: To explore and construct the evaluation system of clinical pharmacist training based on Kirkpatrick’s Model, and to improve the quality of clinical pharmacist training. Methods: Under the guide of Kirkpatrick’s Model, clinical pharmacist training effect evaluation index system and weight are designed, the reaction layer of clinical pharmacist training satisfaction questionnaire), learning assessment (clinical pharmacist training the self-assessment and others assessment table), behavior assessment (including training before and after the self assessment and others) and result evaluation sheet is initially set, and standardized training system for clinical pharmacists is established. Results: A practical and operable training and evaluation system for clinical pharmacists is constructed. Conclusions: Based on the concept of Kirkpatrick’s Model and combined with the actual situation of the current training of clinical pharmacists, a standardized training evaluation system for clinical pharmacists is preliminarily constructed, which needs further practice verification to evaluate the competency of clinical pharmacists after standardized training.
