“大思政”格局下高校共青团实践育人工作的探究

Exploration on Practice Education Led by the Communist Youth League of Universities under the Background of “Big Ideological Education”

在“大思政”格局下,高校共青团发挥实践育人在思想政治引领中的特色与优势,以校园实践和社会实践两种形式,开展实践育人工作,而且表现为全面多样性、主体全员性、场景实体性、交流互动性、互补协同性。高校共青团实践育人工作应继续保持特色,克服活动场景、活动设置、考核机制等方面的问题,以创新驱动新的形式,以规范化、课程化、制度化构建实践育人活动,以完善的考核实现全方位育人。

Under the background of “Big Ideological Education”, Communist Youth League of universities gives a full play of advantages of practice education in ideological and political leading, via campus practice and social practice, conducting practice education operations. The practice education has five features, namely, diversified operations, all students as protagonist, taken place in the physical scene, communicative interactions, and complementary synergy. Communist Youth League shall keep the features, overcoming problems in activity scenes, settings and appraisals, driven by innovation to create new forms, to construct practice education operations by normalization, curriculum and institutionalization, and to realize education in a perfect appraisal.
