摘要
在数字化转型背景下,为了推动职业教育改革,促进职业教育的高质量发展,教师需要提升自身数字素养以满足数字化社会对教师的要求。本文在如今国际和国内的大趋势下,结合相关政策,从教师教学观念和教学内容、教师队伍结构和规模、教师整体数字素养以及社会认可度几方面的现状进行分析。而后根据所发现的问题,结合发展现状提出与之对应的建议,探索职业教育教师数字素养的提升路径。
In the context of digital transformation, in order to promote vocational education reform and high-quality development of vocational education, teachers need to improve their digital literacy to meet the requirements of the digital society for teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation in terms of teachers’ teaching concepts and contents, teachers’ team structure and size, teachers’ overall digital literacy and social recognition in the context of today’s international and domestic trends, combined with relevant policies. Then, based on the identified problems, we propose corresponding suggestions in the context of the current development situation and explore the path of enhancing the digital literacy of vocational education teachers.
