“三全育人”背景下高校资助育人质量提升路径研究

摘要 高校资助育人是坚持以立德树人为根本要求,以资助为手段、以育人为目的的教育模式,对于促进教育公平、构建育人体系具有重要作用。目前高校资助育人工作存在资助育人环境复杂、资助对象认定存在漏洞、资助体系不完善、资助成效不明显、资助的教育意义没有凸显等问题。本文从加强思想引领、发挥育人合力、注重阶段性育人、多元育人方式方面提出建议以提升资助育人质量,探索高质量内涵式的资助育人模式,更好地培养社会主义现代化建设者和接班人。 University funding for education is an educational model that adheres to the fundamental requirement of fostering virtue through education, using funding as a means, and aiming to educate people. It plays an important role in promoting educational equity and building a nurturing system. At present, there are some problems in the work of funding education in colleges and universities, such as complicated environment, loopholes in the identification of funding objects, imperfect funding system, ineffective effectiveness of funding, and no prominent educational significance of funding. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of subsidized education from the aspects of strengthening ideological guidance, giving full play to the joint efforts of education, focusing on phased education and diversified education methods, and explore high-quality and inclusive funding and education models to better cultivate socialist modernization builders and successors.
