摘要
新时代高校资助育人工作需更加精准,切实提升困难群体的获得感和幸福感。文章将获得奖助学生的典型案例作为切入口,从资助育人的角度深入剖析“三全育人”协同促进和内驱式精神激励、精准式物质帮扶、养成式道德浸润和发展式能力拓展的“四位一体”精准化资助育人模式,得以促进学生全面发展。启示在家庭特殊困难学生的管理与服务过程中,应精准研判和服务资助对象,构建全员协同的帮扶机制;应完善奖助和评优评先体系,强化资助育人过程管理;应加强资助育人顶层设计,建立学生成长成才长效机制。
In the new era, the funding and education work of universities needs to be more precise and effectively enhance the sense of gain and happiness of disadvantaged groups. The article takes typical cases of award-winning students as the starting point, and deeply analyzes the “four in one” precise funding and education model from the perspective of funding and education, which includes the collaborative promotion of “triple complete education” and internal spiritual motivation, precise material assistance, nurturing moral infiltration, and developing ability expansion, in order to promote the comprehensive development of students. In the management and service process of students with special family difficulties, it is necessary to accurately assess and serve the funding recipients, and build a collaborative assistance mechanism for all staff;we should improve the reward and evaluation system, strengthen the management of the funding and education process;we should strengthen the top-level design of funding and education, and establish a long-term mechanism for students’ growth and success.
