专业学位硕士实践教学研究——以法律硕士为例

摘要 在国家研究生教育改革的大背景下,国家对学术人才的需求是有限的,故法律专业硕士无论从规模还是比重上都在逐年递增。实践教学作为人才培养模式的重要组成部分,在实现实践型人才培养目标,特别是培养法律硕士专业技能和创新精神方面发挥着不可替代的作用。虽然目前实践教学在授课形式、授课内容、实务专家的来源选择等方面均积累了经验,但也遇到了一些问题,如授课体系性不够完善、授课内容出现重复和交叉、授课内容和学生需求不够契合、实务专家授课经验不足等。因此,需要抓住学生和用人单位的需求点,有针对性的从体系上、内容上进行完善,提高学生运用所学理论知识综合解决法律实务问题的能力。 Under the background of national postgraduate education reform, the demand for academic talents is limited, so the Juris Master is increasing year by year in terms of scale and proportion. As an im-portant part of talent training mode, practice teaching has a role that cannot be replaced by other teaching links in realizing the goal of cultivating practical talents, especially in cultivating profes-sional skills and innovation spirit of Juris Master. Although the practice teaching has accumulated experience in the form of lectures, lecture contents and the selection of practice experts, it has also encountered some problems, such as insufficient systematic lectures, repetition and crossover of lecture contents, insufficient matching between lecture contents and students’ needs, and insufficient experience of practice experts in lectures. Therefore, it is necessary to seize the demand points of students and employers, improve the system and content in a targeted way, and improve students’ ability to use the theoretical knowledge learned to solve legal practice problems compre-hensively.
