蒙古国本土中文教师培养现状调查与研究

摘要 培养本土教师助力顺应世界发展的潮流和大趋势,构建人类命运共同体需要语言铺路搭桥,当前蒙古国生源扩大而本土教师资源短缺,高校开设汉语师范专业数量紧缩,毕业生就业方向复杂;教师质量参差不齐,教学方法单一,学生满意度低;国内针对蒙古国本土教师培训对所在国国情、教育体制、文化背景及教师自身需求缺乏了解与分析,导致培训针对性不强。本文对蒙古国本土汉语教师的发展现状进行调查分析,并在此基础上提出解决策略,对汉语国际教育推广“讲好中国故事”,为所在国汉语师资变“输血”为“造血”,可持续良性发展具有重要价值和意义。 Cultivating local teachers helps conform to the trend and general trend of world development, and building a Community of Common Destiny needs language to pave the way. At present, the source of Mongolian students is expanding while the local teacher resources are scarce, the number of Chinese teacher training majors in colleges and universities is shrinking, and the employment direc-tion of graduates is complex;The quality of teachers varies, teaching methods are single, and student satisfaction is low;The lack of understanding and analysis of the national conditions, educational system, cultural background, and teachers’ own needs in Mongolia’s local teacher training in China has led to a lack of targeted training. Conducting a survey and analysis of the current development status of local Chinese language teachers in Mongolia, and proposing solutions based on this, promoting “telling the story of China well” in international Chinese language education, transforming “blood transfusion” into “hematopoiesis” for Chinese language teachers in the host country, have important value and significance for sustainable and healthy development.
