Residents are an important medical force in hospitals, and they need professional training to be able to do their jobs. In medical work, in addition to professional knowledge and professional skills, residents also need to have good ideological and political quality, which play a vital role in improving their work and professional ethics. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the cultivation and education of ideological and political qualities in the training of resident doctors. By analyzing the actual situation in the standardized training and teaching of residents, this paper discusses how to explore and practice ideological and political elements in teaching, improve the ideological and political quality of residents, and promote them to become medical talents with both ability and integrity.
