浅谈职业院校工匠精神人才培育研究

Talking about the Research on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit Talents in Vocational Colleges

高职院校为我国培养了大量生产型人才,是新时代工匠精神人才培养的重要载体。学校作为高素质技能型人才的培育基地,必须着重培育学生的工匠精神。本文分析目前职业院校工匠精神培育存在的问题:在学生层面表现为,学生过分追求功利,对待专业水平、业务能力等学习浅尝辄止等;在学校层面显示出缺乏对于工匠精神培养的必要环境条件的短板。因此,本文针对问题提出有效的对策建议:高职院校通过结合社会需求,护航工匠精神,在校内外打造工匠精神环境,既补充了工匠精神培育短板,又为广大高职教育工作者提供参考价值,对全面建成社会主义现代化具有重要意义。

Higher vocational colleges have cultivated a large number of productive talents for our country, which is an important carrier for the cultivation of craftsman spirit talents in the new era. As a training base for high-quality skilled talents, schools must focus on cultivating students’ crafts-manship. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in voca-tional colleges: at the student level, students pursue excessive utilitarianism, and they have only a small amount of learning about professional level and business ability;at the school level, it shows that there is a lack of necessary environmental conditions for the cultivation of craftsman spirit. Therefore, this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the problem: Higher vocational colleges combine social needs, escort the craftsman spirit, and create a craftsman spirit environment inside and outside the school, which not only complements the shortcomings of craftsman spirit cultivation, but also provides reference value for the majority of higher vocational educators, is of great significance to the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization.
