辅导员视角下新时代高校学风建设的方法与路径探索——以东华理工大学核科学与工程学院为例

The Method and Path Exploration of the Construction of Academic Style in Colleges and Universities in the New Era from the Perspective of Counselors—Taking the School of Nuclear Science and Engineering of East China University of Technology as an Example

新时代高校要把思政工作贯穿于教育教学活动中,坚持不懈地培育优良的校风和学风。辅导员作为大学生的良师益友,对于端正大学生主观学习态度、改善不良学习习惯,营造良好的学风起着十分重要的作用。本文通过对学风建设现状进行调查研究,发掘新时代高校学风建设方面存在大一新生学习目标不够明确、大学生学习行为中存在不良表现、大部分学生在学习方面存在困难等问题。从而提出改进新时代大学生学风的建设方法与路径:(1) 加强思政教育,树立正确目标;(2) 完备学风管理制度,规范大学生学习行为;(3) 优化学风教育环境,推动优良学风的生成。

In the new era, universities should integrate ideological and political work into educational and teaching activities, and persistently cultivate a good school and academic atmosphere. As good teachers and friends for college students, counselors play a very important role in correcting their subjective learning attitudes, improving bad learning habits, and creating a good learning atmosphere. This article conducts a survey and research on the current situation of academic atmosphere construction in universities in the new era, and explores the problems of unclear learning goals for freshmen, poor performance in college students’ learning behavior, and difficulties for most stu-dents in learning. Thus, the construction methods and paths for improving the academic atmosphere of college students in the new era are proposed: (1) strengthen ideological and political education and establishing correct goals;(2) complete the management system of academic atmosphere and standardize the learning behavior of college students;(3) optimize the learning style education environment and promote the generation of excellent learning styles.
