摘要
关于教育与贫困的研究由来已久,最初对教育与贫困关系的探讨,存在“教育脱贫”和“教育致贫”两大观点;本文从人力资本论、基本需要论、能力贫困论、贫困文化论等角度探讨教育扶贫的理论基础;从政策、路径、模式等角度总结教育扶贫的措施;从理论和实践层面探寻教育扶贫的成效。了解教育扶贫研究的现状、发现已解决的问题与现存的问题,对我们掌握当今研究趋势,把握当今研究方向具有重要的指导意义。
The research on education and poverty has been going on for a long time. At the beginning of the discussion on the relationship between education and poverty, there are two viewpoints: “poverty alleviation through education” and “Education-caused Poverty”. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of education for poverty alleviation from the perspectives of human capital theory, basic needs theory, ability poverty theory, and poverty culture theory;summarizes the measures of education poverty alleviation from the perspectives of policies, paths, and modes;and explores the effectiveness of education poverty alleviation at the theoretical and practical levels. Understanding the current situation of education poverty alleviation research, finding the solved problems and existing problems are of great guiding significance for us to grasp the current research trend and grasp the current research direction.
