大学生心理健康的积极效应塑造探究——从法治素养和人文情怀切入

摘要 培育法治素养和人文情怀是新时代高校人才培养的基本要求,是依法治校的关键一步,是人文素质教育的关键一招,是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要一环。充分了解法治素养和人文情怀在大学生心理健康维护方面的积极效应,进而加强新时代高校大学生法治素养和人文情怀塑造,清醒地认识到当前高校大学生在心理失衡、情感淡漠、人格缺失等方面存在的心理问题。深入分析大学生出现心理问题的原因,并据此采取积极有效的措施和策略,由此,我们提出了“大学生心理健康的积极效应塑造探究——从法治素养和人文情怀切入”这个课题进行研究。提升学生法治素养,培养学生人文情怀,显著提升大学生对社会的适应能力,对高校教育改革的深化以及大学生素质教育的实施都有着重要的意义。 The cultivation of rule of law literacy and humanistic feelings is the basic requirement of college personnel training in the new era, is a key step to govern the university according to law, is a key move of humanistic quality education, and is an important part of training socialist builders and successors. To fully understand the positive effects of rule of law literacy and humanistic feelings on the maintenance of college students’ mental health, strengthen the shaping of rule of law literacy and humanistic feelings of college students in the new era, and clearly recognize the psychological problems existing in the psychological imbalance, emotional indifference, personality loss and other aspects of college students, by deeply analyzing the causes of college students’ psychological problems, and taking active and effective measures and strategies accordingly, we put forward the topic of “shaping the positive effects of college students’ mental health: starting from the rule of law literacy and humanistic feelings” for research. It is of great significance to the deepening of the reform of college education and the implementation of quality education for college students to enhance their legal literacy, cultivate their humanistic feelings and significantly enhance their adaptability to society.
