构建高职院校聚焦式心理危机预警模型的研究

摘要 高职院校学生心理危机事件关系到学生健康成长、家庭和睦以及校园安全稳定等各个方面。建构一个全方位、全员参与的危机预警模型对于学生心理危机工作的开展迫在眉睫。文章围绕危机学生,联动家庭、学校、社会以及医疗四个因素形成外环,预警指标、预警信息监测、预警评估、心理危机干预四个因子形成内环,内外环同向聚焦心理危机对象,形成内核与外延相辅相成的心理危机预警模型。有效预防心理危机的发生,帮助学生提升心理健康水平。 The psychological crisis of students in higher vocational colleges is related to students’ healthy growth, family harmony and campus security and stability. It is urgent to construct a comprehensive crisis warning model with full participation for students’ psychological crisis work. This paper focuses on crisis students and combines four factors including family, school, society and medical treatment to form an outer ring, while four factors including early warning indicators, early warning information monitoring, early warning assessment and psychological crisis intervention form an inner ring. The inner and outer rings focus on psychological crisis objects in the same direction, forming a psychological crisis early warning model with kernel and extension complementing each other, which effectively prevents the occurrence of psychological crisis and helps students to improve their mental health level.
