全人教育理念下师生数学交流有效策略探究

摘要 数学教学中仍有部分教师在与学生交流时存在障碍,出现师生交流困难或是无效交流等问题。本文以全人教育理念为切入点,总结出师生交流存在学生交流意识淡薄、师生交流内容形式单一、交流互动性差和交流不及时不高效四方面问题,并从教师沟通的方式、教师心态和言行以及学生的心理三方面分析造成师生交流问题的原因。针对师生数学交流存在的问题,从创设数学交流情境、创新数学交流形式、增强数学交流互动性和提高数学交流有效性四方面提出了师生数学交流有效策略。 In mathematics teaching, some teachers still have obstacles in communicating with students, such as difficulties or ineffective communication between teachers and students. Based on the concept of holistic education, this paper summarizes four problems in teacher-student communication: Students’ weak communication consciousness, unitary communication content, poor interaction and untimely and inefficient communication, and analyzes the causes of teacher-student communication problems from three aspects: Teachers’ communication methods, teachers’ mentality and words and deeds, and students’ psychology. Aiming at the problems of teacher-student mathematical communication, this paper puts forward the effective strategies of teacher-student mathematical communication from four aspects: Creating the situation of mathematical communication, innovating the form of mathematical communication, enhancing the interaction of mathematical communication and improving the effectiveness of mathematical communication.
