农村中小学“双减”政策与课后服务的实施现状及应对策略

摘要 本文深入研究了娄底农村地区中小学的“双减”政策与课后服务。通过实地调查和访谈,揭示了政策实施的效果和问题。发现农村学校面临师资不足、家长观念转变和学生参与率下降等挑战。通过分析娄底农村中小学“双减”政策与课后服务的实施现状,提出针对性的优化策略。为农村“双减”政策和课后服务的优化实施提供了宝贵经验,有助于更好地了解农村教育现状,为农村教育改革和发展提供参考与指导。 In this paper, we focus on the “double reduction” policy and after-school services for primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Loudi. The effectiveness and problems of policy implementation were revealed through field research and interviews. Rural schools face challenges such as insuffi-cient teaching staff, changing parental attitudes, and declining student participation rates. Optimization strategies are proposed by analyzing the implementation status of the “double reduction” policy and after-school services in rural primary and secondary schools in Loudi. This provides val-uable experience for optimizing and implementing the “double reduction” policy and after-school services in rural areas, helps to better understand the current situation of rural education, and provides reference and guidance for the reform and development of rural education.
