摘要
乡村教育是实现教育公平的关键领域之一,乡村教育对乡村地区的发展至关重要。乡村教师作为乡村教育的关键支持力量,面临着“留不住”的难题。文章运用个案研究,对一位乡村青年教师进行半开放式访谈,通过相关资料的搜集和整理,参照个案对象的问题及研究过程中发现的问题,提出对应措施。
Rural education is one of the key areas to achieve educational equity, and it is crucial for the development of rural areas. Rural teachers, as the key support force in rural education, face the difficulty of “not being able to retain”. The article employs a case study approach, conducting a semi-open in-terview with a young rural teacher. By collecting and organizing relevant information, and referring to the problems identified in the case study and the research process, corresponding measures are proposed.
