摘要
自2019年“托育元年”以来,托育一词走入大众视野。近年来传统托育服务暴露出大量问题,托育机构开始探索将传统托育与人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等信息技术相结合之路,为机构的转型提供新思路。本文通过深入分析传统托育机构服务问题,就其提升服务质量途径提出建设性意见,助推托育服务朝着数字化方向可持续发展。
Since the first year of childcare in 2019, the term “childcare” has entered the public eye. In recent years, traditional childcare services have exposed a large number of problems, and childcare institutions have begun to explore the path of combining traditional childcare with information technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, providing new ideas for institutional transformation. This article provides constructive suggestions on ways to improve the quality of traditional childcare institutions’ services through indepth analysis, in order to promote the sustainable development of childcare services towards digitalization.
