摘要
教育部等八部门发布《新时代基础教育强师计划》,着力推动教师教育振兴发展,提高教师教育基础能力建设水平。教师职业倦怠已经成为教师队伍建设的一个重要问题。对教师职业倦怠的研究有助于推进高质量的教师队伍建设,落实立德树人的根本要求。本研究选取广西中学英语教师为研究对象,从人口学差异的角度入手,探讨广西中学英语教师在性别、教龄、办公地域、学校性质、有无编制、职称等方面的职业倦怠情况。研究发现,广西中学英语教师的职业倦怠程度处于中等偏下水平,具体到各个维度上看,程度最严重的是情绪衰竭,其次是低成就感,最后是去个人化。在人口学差异上,教师职业倦怠存在教龄、学校地域、学校性质、有无编制、职称上的差异。研究有助于教师职业倦怠的相关理论建构,从而推动国家、社会及学校对强师计划的贯彻和落实。
China’s Ministry of Education, in collaboration with seven other authorities, has issued a plan to build a stronger teaching force for the country’s basic education system, focusing on promoting the revitalization and development of education, and improving the level of basic capacity construction. Teacher’s job burnout has become an important issue in the construction of the teaching staff. The study of teacher’s job burnout helps to promote the construction of high-quality teacher teams and implement the fundamental requirements of a holistic education that nurtures the whole person. This study selects middle school English teachers in Guangxi as the research object, and from the perspective of demography differences, it explores the job burnout of middle school English teachers in Guangxi in terms of gender, teaching age, school area, school nature, staffing and professional title. The study found that the level of job burnout of middle school English teachers in Guangxi is at the lower middle level. Specifically, from each dimension, the most serious is emotional exhaustion, followed by reduced personal accomplishment, and finally depersonalization. In terms of demog-raphy differences, there are differences in teachers’ job burnout in terms of teaching age, school area, school nature, staffing and professional title. The research contributes to the theoretical con-struction of teachers’ job burnout, thus promoting the implementation and implementation of the plan of strengthening teachers by the state, society and schools.
