在“一带一路”倡议和高等职业教育发展政策下,中国与非、亚、欧的联系更加紧密。高等职业教育国际化发展势在必行,主要目的是提供服务企业“走出去”,培养国际化技术技能人才。“中文 + 职业技能”培训旨在提升海外当地企业员工的中文能力和职业技能水平,助力中国驻海外企业发展,充分发挥国际中文教育和职业教育服务国际产能合作的作用,推动经济互利共赢,增进人文交流与友好合作。

Under the Belt and Road Initiative and the policy of higher vocational education development, Chi-na has formed closer ties with Africa, Asia and Europe. It is imperative to internationalize the higher vocational education development, with the main purpose of providing services for enterprises to “going global” and cultivating international technical and skilled talents. The “Chinese + TVET” training aims to enhance the Chinese language proficiency and vocational skills of employees from Chinese enterprises stationed overseas, assist the development of these enterprises, fully play the role of Chinese language education and vocational education in serving global cooperation on production capacity, achieve economic mutual benefit and win-win results, and increase cultural exchanges and friendly cooperation.
