民办高校党建与思想政治教育工作融合的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Integration of Party Building and Ideological and Political Education in Private Colleges and Universities

党建与思想政治工作都是强化中国特色现代大学内部治理、提升人才培养质量的重要工作。党的全面领导是做好新时代高校思想政治工作的根本保证,思想政治工作是坚持党对高校各项工作全面领导的具体体现,两者在价值目标、内涵要求、实践向度等方面相互契合、不可分割,共同推动高校人才培养工作高质量发展。新时代新征程,民办高校作为高等教育事业发展的重要补充,也同样担负着为党育人、为国育才的责任。对此,民办高校应该高度重视党建与思想政治工作融合,落实好立德树人的根本任务。文章以民办高校为试点,结合当前的实际情况,探讨民办高校党建与思想政治教育工作融合的路径,构建高质量的育人体系,更好地实现为党育人、为国育才的战略目标。

Party building and ideological and political work are both important work to strengthen the inter-nal governance of modern universities with Chinese characteristics and improve the quality of tal-ent training. The overall leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee of the new era of ideological and political work in colleges and universities;ideological and political work is the concrete embodiment of upholding the Party’s overall leadership over all work in colleges and universities. Both of them are compatible and inseparable in terms of value goals, connotation requirements and practical dimensions, and jointly promote the high-quality development of talent training in colleges and universities. In the new era and the new journey, private colleges and universities, as an im-portant supplement to the development of higher education, also shoulder the responsibility of ed-ucating people for the Party and the country. In this regard, private colleges and universities should attach great importance to the integration of Party building and ideological and political work, and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue. Taking the viewpoint of private colleges and universities and the current actual situation, this paper discusses the path of the integration of Party building and ideological and political education in private colleges and universities, constructs a high-quality education system, and better realizes the strategic goal of educating people for the Party and the country.
