基于“三全育人”视域下高校管理育人途径分析

The Analysis of University Management and Education Approach Based on the Perspective of “Three-in-One Education”

本文探索了“三全育人”理念下管理育人的特点,剖析目前高校管理育人方面存在的不足,通过分析管理育人的内涵及其存在的问题,提出显性与隐性教育相结合的管理模式、条线相融的管理理念、灌输式与启发式相结合的管理方式、构建以人为本的教育管理范式及家校相融的管理育人共同体等五种途径,探析解决当前高校管理育人方面的不足。

The paper explores the characteristics of management education based on the concept of “three-in-one education”, analyzes the deficiencies existing in management education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the connotation and existing problems of management education. In order to solve the problems in the management and education of colleges and universities, this pa-per puts forward five ways: the management mode of combining explicit and implicit education, the management idea of integrating lines, the management mode of combining indoctrination and heu-ristic, the construction of human-oriented educational management paradigm and the management and education community of integrating home and school.
