制度变迁视角下民办高校学术职业流动的案例研究

摘要 民办高等教育被认为是我国改革开放一项标志性成果,是高等教育大众化发展进程中的必然选择。民办院校在转型发展和内涵式建设的过程中,人力资本始终是关键性制约因素。本研究基于一所建校20余年的民办本科院校的教师学术职业流动历程,梳理其影响学术职业流动制度变迁的阶段性特征,分析其教师职业流动的类型,呈现民办高校教师学术职业流动现实生态,以期对我国民办高校内部治理优化、提升教师专业发展的制度化建设提供借鉴。 Private higher education is considered a landmark achievement of China’s reform and opening up, and an inevitable choice in the process of higher education popularization development. In the process of transformation, development, and connotation construction of private colleges, human capital has always been a key limiting factor. This study is based on the academic career mobility process of teachers in a private undergraduate university that has been established for more than 20 years. It sorts out the phased characteristics that affect the changes in the academic career mobility system, analyzes the types of teacher career mobility, and presents the real ecology of academic career mobility of teachers in private universities. The aim is to provide reference for the institutional construction of optimizing internal governance and enhancing teacher professional development in private universities in China.
