“双减”背景下外语专业本科生职业规划与心理调试的调查研究

摘要 研究以湖北省某高校为例,通过问卷调查,探讨外语专业本科生在双减政策出台前后的职业规划变化以及就业心理调试情况。研究发现,1) 外语专业本科生职业规划中教育培训类岗位预期下降明显;2) 大部分该专业学生存在不同程度的就业焦虑;3) 学生希望获得更多招聘机会和相关技能训练;4) 不少学生认为自己在知识、经验和实践能力方面缺乏竞争力。据此,研究提出,学校有关部门应提供更丰富的创新创业相关课程、让学生积极参与相关公司平台的实习工作、分享就业或创业的宝贵经验等,以期让外语专业学生树立正确的择业观并增强就业心理调试能力。研究为高校外语专业本科生合理进行职业规划及高校有关部门改进就业工作提供了启示。 By investigating foreign language major students from a university in Hubei Province, the paper explores the changes in career planning and employment psychological adjustment among stu-dents majoring in foreign languages before and after the implementation of the “Double Reduction Policy”. Through data analysis, the study finds that: 1) job expectancy for education training posts decline significantly;2) most of the students have employment anxiety to some degrees;3) the students hope they can get more on-campus recruitment and skill-training opportunities;4) a large number of students think they need to improve their competence in knowledge, experience and practice. The study suggests that providing optional innovation and entrepreneurship education courses, requiring students to actively participate in internship work with corresponding companies platforms, and sharing valuable experience from graduates who have successfully obtained employment or started their own business so that foreign language students can establish proper career outlooks and adjust their employment psychology, which may provide job-seeking inspira-tions for other undergraduates majoring in foreign languages and relevant staff to improve the work related to student employment.
