Training Strategy of Residents in Gynecological Oncology under the Normalization of COVID-19 Prevention and Control

在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化阶段,给常规的妇幼保健院肿瘤妇科住院医师规范化培训工作管理和教学带来新的挑战。贵阳市妇幼保健院高度关注高质量培养肿瘤妇科住院医师学员的能力,故此文通过总结了疫情防控常态化下如何对住院医师进行规范化培训的策略,使住院医师在加强疫情防控的同时顺利完成规范化培训。

In the normal stage of prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation, it brings new chal-lenges to the standardized training management and teaching of oncology gynecologic residents in Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital pays great at-tention to the ability of high-quality training of oncology gynecologic residents, therefore, this paper summarizes the strategy of standardized training for residents under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control so that residents can successfully complete standardized training while strengthening epidemic prevention and control.
