摘要
教学设计能力是教师必备的基本素养,加强师范生教学设计能力的培养已经成为职前教师教育的重点。文章运用问卷调查法,从熟悉课标、掌握技能、分析学情和设计教案四个维度来了解小学教育专业学生教学设计能力的现状及存在的不足,并从学校、教师和学生自身三个角度提出了相应的优化策略。
Instructional design ability is a basic quality necessary for teachers, and strengthening the cultiva-tion of teacher students’ instructional design ability has become the focus of preservice teacher education. The article uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation and deficiencies of primary education students’ instructional design ability from four dimensions: familiarization with the curriculum, mastery of skills, analysis of the learning situation and design of lesson plans, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies from three perspectives: schools, teachers and students themselves.
