“双减政策”下我国“K12”教育培训行业的PEST-SWOT研究——以X教育机构为例

PEST-SWOT Research on China’s “K12” Education and Training Industry under the “Double Reduction Policy” —Taking X Education Institution as an Example

摘要 本文以我国“K12”教育培训行业为研究对象,对其在双减政策下的政治、经济、社会、技术层面进行PEST分析,以X教育机构企业为“K12”教育培训行业企业的代表,对其在新政策下的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行定性分析,综合分析寻找出“K12”教育培训行业的发展机会和发展优势,并及时避免威胁与劣势。 This article takes the “K12” education and training industry in China as the research object, and conducts PEST analysis on its political, economic, social, and technological aspects under the dual reduction policy. X education institution enterprises were selected as representatives of the “K12” education and training industry enterprises, and their advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats under the new policy were qualitatively analyzed. A comprehensive analysis was conducted to identify the development opportunities and advantages of the “K12” education and training industry, and promptly avoid threats and weaknesses.
