摘要
课后服务作为一项福利性、普惠性的教育活动,具有重要价值。本文立足于内蒙古自治区包头市X小学课后服务的调查,发现其实施成效主要是制度完善,满足了学生和家长的实际需要,促进了教育公平。存在问题有:内容方面,仍以智育为主;待遇方面,教师激励还需完善;主体方面,学生地位未能突显;系统方面,未形成完整体系。优化策略有:开展多样活动,提高学生兴趣;保障教师权益,提升教师积极性;关注学生状况,增强主体意识;凝聚多方合力,健全育人机制;增强体系思维,形成完整链条。
As a welfare and inclusive educational activity, after-school services have important value. This ar-ticle is based on a survey of after-school services at X Primary School in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is found that the main effectiveness of its implementation is the improvement of the system, which meets the actual needs of students and parents, and promotes educational fairness. The existing problems include: in terms of content, intellectual education is still the main focus;In terms of treatment, teacher incentives still need to be improved;In terms of subject, the status of students has not been highlighted;In terms of system, a complete system has not been formed. Optimization strategies include: carrying out diverse activities to enhance students’ interest;Protecting the rights and interests of teachers and enhancing their enthusiasm;Paying atten-tion to the situation of students and enhancing their subject awareness;Consolidating the joint ef-forts of multiple parties and improving the education mechanism;Enhancing systematic thinking and forming a complete chain.
